What is the maximum pallet size the LP-1530 can wrap?

The 60-inch turntable accommodates standard 48 x 40 GMA pallets with significant clearance for overhang, as well as larger custom pallet footprints common in lumber and hardwood flooring operations. With an 83-inch wrapping height and 4,400-pound loading capacity, the machine handles most palletized loads encountered in industrial production.

Can the LP-1530 be integrated with conveyor lines or upstream automation?

Yes. While the standard LP-1530 is a stand-alone unit, our engineering team regularly modifies the platform for integration with infeed conveyors, automated load detection, and downstream labeling or stretch hood systems. Integration projects are scoped through our custom machines group.
