Landen Strapping heavy-duty stretch wrappers secure loads with stretch film so that goods remain intact during handling for storage or transportation. We build various types of stretch film machines, from semi-automatic models requiring some operator involvement to fully automated systems that handle every step of the process. Our stretch-wrapping machines are versatile and highly customizable — we can even design them from scratch for very specific applications.

We have engineered the LP-1530 to handle substantial workloads and accommodate various load sizes and weights up to 4,400 lbs. The stretch wrapper is user-friendly, allowing operators to load pallets onto the machine easily. It is semi-automatic, which reduces manual labor and increases the production rate by streamlining the wrapping process.

The LP-1530 has a standard 60-inch turntable and a powered pre-stretch film carriage. Furthermore, we can tailor your LP-1530 with a number of capabilities, such as preventing sudden, destabilizing starts and stops, determining shipping weights directly, and automatically detecting load height.

The LP-1521 is a cost-effective, high-production stretch wrapper designed to outperform light-duty machines. It differs from the LP-1530 with a mechanical pre-stretch system, and it has a lower load capacity of 3,300 lbs.

The LP-1521’s advanced PLC controls allow you to program machine functions, automate key processes, and alert operators to any faults or errors. Meanwhile, the inverter controls regulate motor speed and power, reduce energy consumption, and allow for fine-tuned process adjustments. It is also semi-automatic and simple to upgrade and customize. The LP-1521 shares the same optional features as the LP-1530, including an inclined platform and a turntable slotted to accommodate forklift tines.
