The LP-557F is equipped with a patented tape head and powered conveyor belts, ensuring efficient sealing. Its flexible cushioned mast prevents boxes from jamming in the tape head, while the adjustable tape overlap length (55-65 mm) offers customization based on packaging needs. The wide belt design firmly grips cartons, reducing product slippage, and the built-in aluminum tape head bracket ensures smooth product conveying. Equipped with a top flap closure system, this case sealer allows operators to automatically load cases into the machine without having to guide the case through to ensure a secure top seal. The available options of our flap folding case sealer include a flexible cushioned mast, an extension roller table, and an auto stop device, providing further versatility to meet diverse production requirements.
