The LP-6895UYA represents the pinnacle of fully automatic top seal pallet strapping machinery in the United States. Equipped with our advanced Y-Series sealing head, it uses S-curve tension to apply PET strapping to a wide range of products, from rolls of industrial-grade paper to pallets of cans and bottles. The arch of our unitizer pallet strapping system can be either fixed or retractable, making this machine ideal for factories that handle a variety of pallet sizes and products.
With just a few clicks on the HMI, operators can easily switch between the 2-strap and 4-strap programs. In 4-strap mode, the machine automatically rotates the pallet to strap all four sides, streamlining the process for maximum efficiency. The LP-6895UYA is the perfect strapping system for palletized products that require a fully automatic top-seal strapping system. Perfect for everything from industrial rolls of paper to pallets of aluminum cans, the LP-6895UYA is certain to meet the needs of your automatic packaging line.
With an integrated barcode scanner the LP-6895UYA can toggle between our two-strap and four-strap programs based on the customer's needs. Our mechanical tensioning sealing head is capable of pulling over 800 pounds of tension on almost any palletized product.
